About Us
Kyneton Little Athletics Centre is part of the Northern Country Region of Little Aths Victoria.
Our History
The Kyneton Little Athletic Centre was established in 1970.
Tony Davis played an integral part in this process. After over 50 years, Tony is still involved with the Kyneton centre and volunteers his time every Saturday morning during our summer season.
Since those early days and for over fifty years, the centre has helped kids and young teenagers in the Macedon Ranges and surrounding local areas improve their athletics skills and abilities in a fun, welcoming community environment.
Our Goals
- In keeping with the original spirit and goals of the program, we strive to provide an environment where children and parents from any background feel welcome and appreciated.
- We aim to create an environment where children and young teenagers improve their athletic skills and grow their self-confidence through celebrating personal success and individual milestones.
- To support young athletes who want to compete at a regional, state and national level.
Committee Members
Kyneton Little Athletics is run by volunteers who are local to the district.
Although only the committee members are listed below, many other volunteers behind the scenes contribute their time and experience on a casual basis. We are incredibly grateful for their help and assistance in making Kyneton Little Aths an amazing athletics centre for young kids.
If you would like to volunteer your time and help our centre on a casual basis, please get in touch with us.
